Surfaces:
Although specifically designed for the use with Pallet and Timber products the Klagon will lend itself to a number of applications where property or products need to be identified quickly with the minimum of fuss.
The user however must not attempt to adhere the product to saturated or wet to the touch timber.
Description:
A single sided Aluminium product with a specifically modified UV Acry adhesive. (A high performance adhesive that secures with a superior resistance to moisture and UV light radiation. The thickness of the adhesive coating provides good conformability particularly on rough and uneven porous structured surfaces.
The Aluminium Foil Carrier (printed surface) when combined with our adhesive does give excellent tamper evident and once use properties which does not allow the product to be lifted wholly and placed else where.
Construction:
Liner: PE Coated Paper / Both sides siliconized 120g/m2
Adhesive: 200 g/m2 UV Solvent Free specifically modified Acry adhesive
Carrier: Aluminium / thickness 0,03mm / Printed: One colour
Supplied: On a roll
Storage and Use:
The product should be stored at ambient temperatures of around 20 C, avoiding wide temperature fluctuations and direct sunlight.
The storage environment should have a relative humidity of approx 50%.
In ideal storage conditions the shelf life of this material will be approx 12 months from the date of delivery. Within this 12month period there should be no deterioration in the performance of this product. Because or the effectiveness of the adhesive It is also advisable to return the product back to its original packaging when not in use ,the consequence of not doing so will deteriorate the product in use . We recommend that dexterous gloves be worn when applying the product to reduce the risk of any adhesive build up on the hands.
Surfaces:
Although specifically designed for the use with Pallet and Timber products the user must not attempt to adhere the product to saturated or wet to the touch timber.
For improved adhesion the timber products should be dry to touch, clear of any loose matter or debris thereafter applied pressed and smoothed on to the surface.
The adhesion will be fully effective with 24 to 48 hrs dependent on storage conditions.
Note: This product will resist moist and wet conditions once fully cured
